IAACCF has grown beyond a single annual event, and we are officially introducing the IAACCF Membership—a way for our community to stay connected, supported, and engaged year-round.

Membership is open to artists, craftsmen, performers, fashion designers, cultural practitioners, creatives, photographers, media specialists and supporters of African arts and culture. Members will receive access to opportunities such as 50% off exhibitor registration fees, 50% off attendee registration fees, free workshops and webinars, funding and grant information, networking opportunities, and updates on future IAACCF events in Canada and internationally.

Artists/Performers who want to participate at any IAACCF event must register as an IAACCF Member

TermsInternational African Arts, Crafts and Culture Fair (IAACCF) Last Updated:7th March 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the IAACCF Membership Program, which grants individuals access to attend, exhibit, and participate in programs organized by the International African Arts, Crafts and Culture Fair (IAACCF). By registering for membership, attending events, or participating as an exhibitor, members agree to comply with the following terms. 1. Membership Eligibility IAACCF membership is open both internationally and locally to individuals, businesses, creatives, artisans, craftsmen, cultural performers and organizations, photographers, media specialists and members of the public who support the objectives of IAACCF. Members may participate in IAACCF activities including but not limited to: Cultural fairs and exhibitions Networking events Music and Dance festivals/competitions Workshops and panel discussions Fashion shows and creative showcases Vendor and exhibition opportunities Membership may be required to access certain IAACCF programs, including exhibitions. 2. Membership Categories IAACCF membership may include but is not limited to: a. General Members (Attendees) Individuals who join IAACCF to attend events, networking sessions, and cultural programs. b. Exhibitor Members Businesses, designers, artisans, and organizations who register to display or sell products and services during IAACCF events. IAACCF reserves the right to introduce additional membership categories as needed. 3. Membership Registration All individuals wishing to be become members must go through a registration process which may include: Submission of personal or business information Payment of membership or participation fees where applicable Agreement to IAACCF policies and guidelines IAACCF reserves the right to approve or decline membership applications at its discretion. 4. Exhibitor Participation Exhibitor members who participate in IAACCF fairs or exhibitions agree to: Display products or services that align with the cultural and creative mission of IAACCF Maintain professional conduct throughout the event Comply with all event setup, safety, and operational guidelines Respect allocated booth spaces and exhibition rules IAACCF reserves the right to remove exhibits that violate event guidelines or are deemed inappropriate. 5. Code of Conduct All IAACCF members must maintain respectful and professional conduct at all events. Members agree to: Treat fellow participants with respect and cultural sensitivity Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior Follow event safety regulations and venue rules Failure to comply with these standards may result in removal from the event or termination of membership. 6. Payments and Fees Membership or participation fees may apply for certain IAACCF activities. Fees must be paid prior to participation where required Some fees may be non-refundable depending on the event policy Exhibitor booth payments must be completed before space allocation IAACCF reserves the right to adjust membership or event fees. 7. Event Changes IAACCF reserves the right to: Modify event schedules or programming Change venues or formats when necessary Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances including health, safety, or force majeure events Where possible, members will be notified in advance of any changes. 8. Media and Photography By participating in IAACCF events, members grant permission for photographs, videos, and recordings taken during events to be used by IAACCF for: Marketing and promotional materials Website and social media Event documentation Members who do not wish to appear in promotional media should notify IAACCF in writing prior to the event. 9. Liability IAACCF shall not be held liable for: Loss or damage to personal property Injuries sustained during events Business losses incurred by exhibitors Participants attend and exhibit at their own risk. Exhibitors are responsible for the security and insurance of their products and equipment. 10. Membership Termination IAACCF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member: Violates IAACCF policies Engages in misconduct Fails to comply with event regulations Termination may occur without refund of fees where violations occur. 11. Intellectual Property Members retain ownership of their products, designs, and creative works. However, members agree that IAACCF may promote their participation in marketing materials related to the event. 12. Amendments IAACCF reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official IAACCF platforms. Continued participation in IAACCF activities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 13.
