Meet our ambitious, hardworking, go getter and resilient Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Randa Esi Adjare. The main brain behind the International African Arts, Crafts & Culture Fair (IAACCF).

She has MBA Strategic & Project Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, BSc Materials Engineering from KNUST as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Education.

She has over ten (10)years experience in banking, worked with banks such as Barclays Bank (now ABSA), erstwhile Intercontinental Bank Ghana Ltd and also Access Bank Ghana ltd.

She has been an entrepreneur over the past eight (8) years venturing into variety of trades, ecommerce (she owns www.dealerjerk.com), and DJK Travel & Tours. She has travelled the world over from USA, UK, Turkey ,Germany, Italy, France, Canada among others. As a result she has a diverse intercultural relationship with the International World and would love to take Africa to the world.

It is her dream that in few years to come the African Products & Markets shall become an alternative choice and hubs for the Developed World to consume.

We need to change the narrative now! We must export our valuable handmade crafts in order to generate foreign income into our country.
